GH 2/16: Do I need to be invisible just to survive

Dante's Room:  Looloo and Dante make out, causing the heart alarm to beep.  They crack up,not sure what to do.  Stephen, Olivia and Sonny rush in.  Stephen says he didn't think he had to say THE OBVIOUS, but he will...no sex yet for recent open heart surgey patients, 'kay.  Dante tells Sonny to stuff his worries in a sack.

Liz's Room:  Liz hilariously says "pregnant?  Me?":  Um, yes, Liz.  That's like saying "Luke?  Drinking?"  or "Helena?  Making threats?" or "Sonny?  Falling for a brunette?"  or "Lucky?  Clueless?"  I got a million of 'em!  Also, I don't know how to pay off the bets on the over/under of Feb 14th being when Liz displays morning sickness.  She never did, but we did learn she was pregnant on Feb 13th, even though it's the 14th on the show, and she will start showing morning sickness now.  I think it's a push, folks.

Jax's Office:  Woof, Jax is hating him some Carly today.  He says that leaving Michael as an infant is the best thing she could have done for him.  Ouch.

Credits/Commercials trying to catch up!

Jason's Penthouse of Pink:  The penthouse is a million shades of blush and bashful and Pepto and fushia.  They drink pink champagne and Jayson Belt sings about a thing they can't shake.

Dante's room:  Stephen warns Loo not to kiss Dante again.  Loo and Dante are embarassed and happy.  Dante asks Olivia to leave and to take Sonny with her.

Commercials

Lakehouse:  Mac visits Alexis.  She nervously blathers about work.  He nervously says he's been working too.  and that Diane had called him a coward, and she was right.  He says this is him jumping off a cliff, and he hands her a red box, wishing her happy Valentine's.  She finds yummy looking cookies that Milly clued Mac in are her favorite.  She takes a bite and mumbles at the deliciousness and begs him to try them.  He pretends that he has chocolate on his mouth so she can touch his lips.

Jason's Penthouse:  Milly and Kristina barge in b/c they are too dopey to know that pink and candles is not the romantic part.  The key is uninterrupted foreplay.  Milly has some dopey poem, and they explain that Milo helped them get the champagne.  Jason patiently tells them that they've done enough and ushers them out.

Jax's Office:  Carly is crying over Jax's comment that abandoning Michael was the best thing she ever did.  She asks if he thinks she faked PPD and says that's the sort of mean thing Sonny would say to her to make her feel like dirt.  Jax feels like dirt for saying it and apologizes over and over.  He says he can't bear it that they aren't going to make it.

Dante's room:  Olivia closes the door to stay.  Dante points to her and says she's been lying to him his whole life.  He points to Sonny and says "and that one shot me"  heh.  Olivia says he has the right to be angry, but she still has the right to be worried and come running when alarms go off.  Loo tells Dante he can't be stressed like this.  Dante says that Sonny is obviously trying to get close to Olivia as a way to get to Dante.  Sonny says it's not like that.  Loo tells them back off Dante.

Lakehouse:  Kristina and  Milly come home and find Mac and Alexis making out on the couch like teenagers.  Why are Jason and Sam there?  What a lame Valentines they are having.  Everyone is happy to see Alexis getting it on, or at least sort of.  The Strings of Hilarity plink merrily as K and Milly shove Sam and Jason out the door and rush off to their rooms to let Mac and Alexis be alone.

Dante's room:  Olivia and Sonny have left.  Dante says he chose Looloo a long time ago.  He purrs that he liked the whole protective lioness thing she had going.  She giggles and tells him he's got to take it easy.  She leaves, but she turns off his monitor so she can kiss him goodbye.  Um, loo, when the monitor is turned off, he is still going to look dead to the nurses.  She leaves.

Jax's Office:  Carly says that Jax is a good father, so if he wants Jocelyn to stay with him, that's fine with her, at least for tonight.  Jax says that regardless of their hurt feelings, he promises to deal with their break up with as much class and dignity as possible.  She tersely says she expect to hear from hm in the morning as to when to pick up the baby.

GH:  Stephen asks Lucky and Nik about Liz and where she was.  They decide to blurt out that Liz is pregnant.  Stephen angrily says "and we don't know which of you is the father."  He angrily asks Nik if ever occurred to him to use protection.  Lucky says they need to focus on what's best for liz right now.  Yes, these three macho dickheads standing around and proclaiming what is best for a grown ass woman is just what Liz needs.

Commercials

Not sure what I missed, but Liz seemed to be outside.  Or maybe dreaming.  Sorry about that.

Dante's room:  Olivia visits and asks for him to just hear her out.  She says she's drowning in a sea of regret, and she doesn't excuse what she did.  She says she is still his mother, and this distance between them is killing her.  she concedes that she very well may have made the gravest mistake of her life last summer when he came to town on a mission to bring down Sonny, and she didn't just tell him the truth.  She adds that she has managed to raise a very good man who makes her endlessly proud, so she knows she must have done something right.  He looks at her with a mix of love and anger.

Maxilu's:  Looloo comes home to a seemingly empty apartment, save for the 85 billionty balloons everywhere.  She sits tired and a bit lonely on the sofa.  A knock at the door rises her to her feet.  It's Sonny.  Her body language immediately becomes defensive and angry, and she keeps a hand firmly planted on the door.  Sonny says he knows she angry.  She snorts and sarcastically says "why would you think that?  Just because you shot my boyfriend?"  Sonny says he's dealt with anger all his life, and he knows anger dissipates, and people see things differently, and he hopes she'll be able to see him differently.  She says "well, ironically, I DO see you differently.  I see you clearly for the first time in my life."  She says that blood money is a literal term when it comes to him b/c he kills to get what he has.  He would have killed Dante.  She doesn't understand why he does this, and she doesn't want to.  I wish I could quote it verbatim b/c it was very good.

Ah, yes, Liz has made her way up to the snowy roof and looks out of the fake as hell backdrop of urban life.  Lucky approaches slowly.  She cries that she's sorry.

Commercials

Snowy Roof:  Liz stares vacantly while tears pour down her face and leave tracks.  Just like in that song.  Nik and Stephen have shown up in the doorway and watch as Lucky slowly and steadily shuffles towards her, speaking in loving tones, cooing and calling her sweetheart and reminding her that Cam and Jakeson need her.  She doesn't look capable of lunging over the side, but she also doesn't look capable of having the sense to worry about hypothermia, so it's still alarming.

Jason's Penthouse:  Jason and Sam gossip about Mac and Alexis.  Jason asks if she's okay with Mac and Alexis being together.  She says that she's always thought Mac was hot and has just the perfect nighty to wear whenever she visits...er...really she says she is very happy about it.  They profess their love and kiss while a really terrible song plays.

House of Lemon Pledges:  Carly comes home. Morgan is irate that she didn't make up with Jax.  He starts sobbing, as any little kid who's lived through divorce would.  Carly cradles him in her arms.

Dante's room:  Dante says he loves her, but he doesn't want to talk to her right now.  He gets angry when Sonny comes up and he says Sonny is going to use her to get to him.  Olivia indignantly says she knows what Sonny is, that he breaks the law Dante upholds.  She asks why the heck Dante thinks she kept the secret.  She says "and here you are, every bit as handsome, and smart and charming as your father, but you are grounded."  She says Dante doesn't have all the baggage and bs that Sonny has.  He scoffs that she sounds like she feels sorry for him.  She says she does.  Who couldn't feel sorry for someone who's lived through Sonny's childhood.  That all the things he's done have led him to become the sort of person who would shoot Dante.  She repeats she feels sorry for him, but she clearly means that she pities him, not that she justifies or forgives.

Maxilu's"  Sonny said she had her say, and he'd like to have his.  She considers slamming the door, but decides it doesn't matter what he says, so he might as well say it.  He says Claud's trial may go all the way, so this is his only chance ot bond with Dante.  She says she's not going to be go between with him and Dante, and she's not going to talk Dante into liking him. She concedes he's sorry he hurt Dante, but it's not enough.  Sonny sadly says it's all he has.  He is so sad and confused that he has a problem he's created but doesn't have a victim who secretly wants him to win.  Loo tells Sonny that he's taken a job at the PCPD.  Sonny makes the same "your son ate a toddler" face Luke always makes when Lucky's job is mentioned.

Commercials

Jason's Penthouse:  Jason reads from a magazine about guns or something until Sam pulls him on top of her on the sofa.

GH:  Liz rests quietly in her darkened room and Lucky speaks soothingly to her.  He walks out to find Stephen and Nik conspiring.  Those two macho dickheads have decided that Liz needs to be committed.  Lucky is taken aback, but then he remembers that he's a macho dickhead, and he agrees.  I know people were angered by Lucky's words when he confronted Liz and Nik, that the words were very angry about women.  But I see those as words being angry at a specific woman for a specific reason, and justified.  This bunch of bullshit, however?  F#$k all y'all on the writing staff for coming up with some assinine plotline in which three macho dickheads decide that the one who has the real problem is the woman.  It's not Nik who plotted to destroy Rebecca and then slept with his brother's fiance.  It's not Lucky who hasn't been sober since he found out.  It's the stupid girl who's the bad one who must be crazy because she's boogity boogity slept with two people with whom she is in love and cares about.  Hopefully Shadybrook only has male doctors b/c only they can learn right.

House of Lemon Pledges:  Carly tries to comfort Morgan.  Even she would be irate if she knew what her dopey cousin was planning.  That's how stupid this "let's commit Liz" storyline is.
